A means by which you can pay for your hotel refurbishment without capital outlay or secured bank loans. It is inflation free and allows you to complete your renovations straight away and potentially increase room rates. Leasing payments are 100% allowable for tax purposes. How does it work? You agree to pay our nominated leasing company (typically over 37 months) a fixed monthly amount plus vat.  At the end of the term the leasing company can arrange for the title of the goods ie, ownership, to become yours.... eg. 20 Bedrooms on a budget of £1000 per room would approximately cost you £670.00 per month.  Subject to tax allowance and based on a 70% occupany rate, this would only be £1.60 per room per occupied night!  All outstanding balances are due upon delivery or installation of work Company cheques welcome!
